REFURBISHED VACUUM CLEANERS GUARANTEE
   * All refurbished vacuum cleaners for sale come with a 6 months parts and labour guarantee. This guarantee excludes commercial use, accidental damage, abuse or misuse, blockages, filters, belts, brushbars and hoses.
In the event that the problem is not covered by the guarantee then our normal repair prices apply.

REPAIRED VACUUM CLEANERS GUARANTEE
   *All repaired vacuum cleaners are covered by 6 months guarantee on the parts fitted ONLY. This does not include commerical use, accidental damage, misuse (ie blocked filters damaging the motor), filters, belts, brushbars, hoses or blockages.
In the event that the problem is not covered by the guarantee then our normal repair prices apply.

 

PARTS STORE TERMS AND CONDTIONS
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are out of stock/ no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this as soon as possible and give you the necessary options.

All genuine Dyson parts come with a 90 day warranty, this is set by our supplier.

All compatible Dyson parts come with a 6 month warranty.

Warranties exclude commerical use, accidental damage, abuse or misuse, filters, belts and wear and tear.

 

RENT A DYSON TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To rent a Dyson the Paypal subscription checkout must be used with either the daily or weekly rate.
When we deliver or you collect the Dyson, we will take note of your drivers license and we will need two forms of proof of address, ie. utility bill, council tax bill.
A fully refundable £50 cash deposit is required upon receipt of the Dyson vacuum cleaner. Once the Dyson vacuum cleaner is returned in its original condition (dirt and dust excluded as this is obviously unavoidable) then the deposit will be refunded. If the vacuum cleaner shows signs of damage or abuse, ie. dropped down the stairs, the deposit will be retained to pay for repairs.
If the vacuum cleaner develops a manufacturing fault whilst being rented, ie motor failure, we will do our best to repair or replace it immediately, if we are not able to repair or replace it immediately we will refund your day/weeks rent.
Model and Serial numbers are logged of each Dyson vacuum cleaner that is rented, the model and serial numbers must match when they are returned to us otherwise you will forfeit your deposit.
If the Dyson vacuum cleaner is not returned at the end of the specified daily or weekly period then billing will continue. For the daily rate it will continue for 7 days maximum, for the weekly rate it will continue for 2 weeks maximum.
After this period no money is refundable, deposits or rent, the Dyson vacuum cleaner then becomes your property.
