Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you.  Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Important information: RepairMyDyson.com despatch all parcels either by Courier or Royal Mail.When completing the Paypal checkout, please make sure a telephone number is included and that someone will be available to accept delivery and sign for your parcel.

When your item has been shipped we will email a shipping notification to your email address. Failing to provide a contact phone number particularly for courier sent items will delay despatch. A telephone number is also useful if there is a problem or a delay anticipated.
 
Free shipping applies to any size order of new or used parts and is for mainland UK only. (excludes refurbished dysons that we have for sale, as these are local pickup only) Additional charges may be incurred for Scottish Highlands and non mainland UK. If you wish to purchase an item to be delivered to these areas, please contact us first.


We aim to despatch your items within 1 business day but depending on stock it may take up to 5 business days. Delivery usually takes between 3-5 days once your parcel has shipped.
Items marked as "Special order" can take up to 30 days for us to receive them.

We offer International shipping to the following territories:

USA
Canada
Australia
/ New Zealand

 

We ship most items to these regions, however if it is stated we do not ship a certain part to that area then we are unable to ship it.

For example we do not ship items heavier than 2 KG due to the exorbitant postage prices and we do not ship motors, cables or lithium batteries internationally.
