RepairMyDyson.com is now open again for repairs.

We will only offer home visits going forward so will not be accepting drop offs. Please visit our Repair Prices page as it has now been updated to reflect this change.

​

There are also models we can no longer support due to Dyson making them obsolete so we can no longer get parts for them.

These are as follows:

Uprights: DC03, DC15, DC18

Cylinders: DC02, DC23 Motorhead, DC26

Handhelds/Cordless: DC16, DC30, DC31, DC34, DC35, DC43, DC44, DC45, DC56

There are other models that are obsolete that we may be able to repair depending on the problem, please contact us with the problem to determine if the part required is still available. These models are as follows:

DC01, DC04, DC05, DC07, DC08, DC11, DC14, DC20, DC21, DC22, DC23, DC24, DC25, DC27, DC38

All other models not listed above we can repair as normal.

The parts store has been redesigned to allow parts to continue to be shipped to the UK without any delay. Your parts orders continue to allow the website to remain open for information purposes, without it the website would have to close.
